About Me

I was 18 when I purchased my first property with my now Husband, it was a 2 bedroom flat with a small garden. We were lucky at the time to benefit from 100% mortgages and we bought and sold at the right time as we made a great profit within a year. We then bought a 3 bedroom mid terrace house with a loft conversion. I was very pleased because the house came complete with their cat as the couple were moving to Spain. We lived in the house as it was for a long time but eventually turned the already converted loft into a large bedroom with en-suite. We also renovated the rest of the property. We now live in a 3 bedroom 1930’s semi-detached house, which we have extended and renovated throughout. I now have a place for everything and my husband and I are pleased with every room. Our property journey shows that with a bit of hard work you can eventually get your property exactly how you want it.
