  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy

  • Recommending and advising preferred and regulated deposit schemes.
  • Additional property visits outside usual managed obligations £30 including VAT.
  • Arrange redecoration/refurbishment – based on total net invoice of works 12% including VAT.
  • 2nd quote for repairs £28 including VAT per quotation, max 3).
  • Works instructed and overseen by Lets Move UK – 12% of the net invoice including VAT. We will liaise with the tenant, contractor, and release keys for works if required. Jobs over £500
  • Renewal of tenancy agreement if required £108 including VAT.
  • Check out reports – Prices vary from an unfurnished studio of £40.80 to a 6 bedroom furnished £148.80.    
  • Inventory (depending on property size) – Prices start at an unfurnished studio £68.40 including VAT to a 6 bedroom furnished home at £162 including VAT.

  • Electrical PAT test £78 including VAT
  • Gas test £96 including VAT
