Our Story
According to hearsay, our name came about when a previous owner threw a stick to his dog called Buchanan. Chase Buchanan!
The first Chase Buchanan branch opened on York Street in Twickenham in 1994. Since then, we have opened 14 offices, and built an excellent reputation over the years establishing Chase Buchanan as a strong market leader with an extensive sales, lettings and concierge portfolio. Our branches and operational network span across South West London as well as the South West of England including Bristol, Bath and Plymouth.
Today, we’re part of the Campions Group but operate independently under the Chase Buchanan brand. Being part of the wider group means our landlords and sellers benefit from a national network of buyers and tenants, as well as superior technology, systems and reliable infrastructure. Community matters
As a business, we encourage everyone to get involved in local community projects and charity fundraisers. Over the years we have raised tens of thousands of pounds for charities and good causes. Each branch picks a local charity to support every year, this way we are able to spread our fundraising and contribute valuable funds to a large number of organisations.
We have strong targets to help raise over £20,000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) through our special fundraising events across the group.
